joining in on @ctrlabby ‘s mental health prompts for the day 🌷 one thing that makes me happy: slowing down and doing simple things. i love trying new hobbies! i’m really interested in gardening and learning how to grow my own food at home. i also love to spend time outdoors, especially now that it’s warmer out! one habit that is good for my wellbeing: dancing to music in my room and driving with the windows down. truly makes me feel so alive and washes away all anxiety from the day. one thing i’m proud of: small backstory, but every single aspect of my life changed between the ages of 16-20. it’s too much to post, but i made the decision to take back my power and not let the situations i was in define me. i swore that i was going to get myself EVERYTHING i have ever wanted, no matter who was in my corner. i graduated college 3 years ago and have been working in my dream field ever since. i’m also planning to go back to get my MHA because i adore what i do so much!
