i’m gonna fucking rip my head off. the guy we bought my car from lost the title (he lost it after we bought it from him too) and we’ve been trying to replace it but we need his drivers license to get the title except his drivers license expired IN 2018!!! so now i can’t get the title unless i drive to south carolina (i’m in virginia btw) to turn in a third party pickup application so i have to drive fucking EIGHT HOURS in a car whose registration expired in 2020 and risk getting pulled over and fined because the dude lost the freaking title in the first place
