ohhh billie baby this one stabbed me in the heart the moment I heard the true blue melody at the end of bittersuite I started to cry this is arguably one of my favorite songs she’s ever put out. true blue has always been so special but the updated version is just unreal. I try to live in black and white but i’m so blue this song captures so many of the lyrical themes of the record in a haunting way. it also immediately brings tears to my eyes without a word being said. the melody genuinely engages such an emotional response in me because this song is just amazing. what a great way to end the record. I don’t blame you but I can’t change you don’t hate you but we can’t save you but they could say the same about me I sleep bout 3 hours each night means only 21 a week now anyways… i’m definitely not dying my hair blue for the album tomorrow lol
