The past 48 hours, I have been undertaking a challenge, to reset my mental. — I have slept 4 hours in the past 48 hours. — I have not eaten in the past 48 hours. — I have not had human contact in the past 48 hours. — I have not spoken to my nephew, my brother, my sister, my mother, my father in 48 hours, nor given them an update on my whereabouts. — I have not showered in the past 48 hours. — I have only drank 1 litre of water in the past 48 hours. Why? To reset my dopamine. To make me appreciate the little things much more. When I break my period of isolation tomorrow, I will appreciate something even as small as a sip of water.
