i’m staying in my old room at my parents house and it’s crazy how much lighting effects me my old room gets a lot of natural light in the morning and throughout the day and that’s so nice feels great however at night the only light is a single lightbulb on the ceiling w a dusty cover and it dims randomly and flickers and feels like a local prison cell and then my apartments lighting is a whole other thing and it has to do w the colors of the walls and lights it’s a whole thing and it drives me insane i only like big skylights that’s it i feel strongly about it
