i’m feeling a bit emotional since my brother is spending another summer in another country across the world, he’s leaving tomorrow :( i mean at least it’s only a month—last year it was six weeks—and i know it’s for his badminton career (idk if career is the best word, he’s barely fifteen) but we already spend imo way too little time together because he’s always at training and i’m moving in august so we’ll have even less time together :( we don’t really text or anything so i’m afraid we’ll grow apart if we don’t have the little quality time together we usually have when i pick him up from training or when we bake something together for example. but i mean last year we barely spoke during the six weeks he was in indonesia and it turned out fine, that’s just how brothers are i guess, so i hope a little distance won’t make that much of a difference 🤷♀️and i’ve already decided i’ll try to text or call him at times after i move so it will be fine! i hope!
