Spent the day innovating a new recipe today. Sorry for the inactivity. Prawn Burgers. Now, it sounds weird, but it is inspired by Prawn Toast. A nice burger composed of a crispy, fried prawn patty, with a Sweet Chilli sauce, and optionally, an Asian Inspired Sriacha Coleslaw, with the cabbages pickled for some acidity. You blend together some ginger, spring onion, soy sauce, garlic, and prawn patties, and do a typical wet batter, and some seasoned panko breadcrumbs for the dry dredge.
