a late happy holidays bopdropppp hung out with my cousins and few days ago and it was so much fun i love getting drunk with them lol!! meeting up with them again in january because it’s probably going tp be the only time I’m free next year before i’m off to college in another country 🤓 so excited to see them again

had this song in my mind today bc of a conversation i had w my dad yesterday. he’s been a huge pink floyd fan for ages but doesn’t understand the lyrics (he doesn’t know any english). i think he doesn’t realize how much he’s missing out. obviously back in the day he didn’t have any way of translating the lyrics, since pretty much nobody in town knew how to speak english. i mean, most people from his generation didn’t even finish high school. it’s crazy how much time changes everything. this makes me realize i should be very grateful for the education i am recieving. i mean, he didn’t even knew there was a The Wall movie from the album, and told me he didn’t want to watch it anyway bc he would not be able to understand it. just know that im playing it to him this weekend w spanish subs. im gonna be translating him the songs from The Dark Side of the Moon as well. i can’t let him miss out on the concept behind one of the BEST concept albums in all of music history.
