i know everyone always says “everything happens for a reason” and while i do believe that i never really felt that notion throughout my life and just kinda accepting things as they were without thinking more about it. but something happened in my life recently (nothing serious) that kinda helped me find closure over a situation that had left me feeling sad for the past two years and it’s making me feel like maybe i had to go through this recent situation to put the past one into perspective? it’s a really interesting though process to me because i generally never think of things this way. am i……. healing? sorry for the word vomit
