Once again, he needs no introduction and in my humble opinion Kendrick’s lyricism has gotta be one of the best his generation of rappers has seen! Will we ever get another album?? Doubtful,,, but if we do I’m expecting great things. This song not only makes a grand political statement but it also reflects a common internal struggle with blackness so it’s gotta make this one of his top songs lyrically (strongly suggest reading the lyrics while you listen bc GODDAMN‼️)
