Newest update in my life. I have been having these weird minor rashes all over and my doctor and I had no idea what was causing them . Randomly googled how often I should eat sweet potatoes and apparently if u eat too much u get vitamin a toxicity leading to rashes and headaches 😭😭😭i eat them almost every day im CRYING..
