one of the best things that can happen while reading a book is that a specific song is mentioned in it. tonight i was reading Sartre’s Nausea and Some of These Days was described beautifully. listening to it was an amazing experience and im so glad i discovered this song through the book, cause i paid a lot more attention to every note and appreciated it much more as well. i just love when a great work pays homage to another one even if its in a different art form. finding new songs through books or films is simply one of the most revealing experiences out there. its also amazing cause i feel like it adds a new meaning to the original work.
