𝐖𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐊𝐧𝐞𝐞 ᵖᵗ⁴ But i think we’ve made up now. Or are trying to, her & I. Both are regaining our stances. Took a while but the compassion i think has started to temper, & i’ve started physical therapy for the unfortunate disposition that affects more than my legs. Some mornings my legs still hurt, as do hers I assume, but… well that’s what happens when two clumsy people trip over each other. It sounds bad, but really there were plenty of moments of laughter as we were both falling onto our knees. Moments of smiling & joking & genuine connection before we both hit the ground. And understanding. Understanding each other, but also ourselves & our unfortunate conditions in each other. Learning to see what makes us both clumsy. I don’t know if there’s such a thing as Osgood-Schlatter Disease but for the heart space & emotional connections? But i think i had that. A disposition that affected more than my legs. I feel it now as i itch at the scars.
