crazy night recap: my sister calls me crying bc she responds to a cat in the roadway call, cat is still alive but badly injured. they advise her to call animal control. animal control says they’d be there in 10 minutes, she waits 15, no show. so she drives to the building and they won’t take the cat in, took it from her and left it in the grass outside in the cold because “someone will get it” . I tell my mom, we go see if it’s still there at least 30 minutes later, poor baby is laying stiff still breathing. scoop it up, take it home and make if comfy. he’s resting for a bit and in the middle of the night, walking on all fours, opening his eyes and starting to get a grip. fuck animal control and fuck whoever was working last night that walked past him still in the grass, in the cold.

So sorry for the lack of posts I am currently on spring break woowoo in the smoky mountains so I have had no time to listen to any albums. I will be doing double duty once this trip ends. However today we took a tour of the Old Smoky Moonshine Distillery and I learned that the sour watermelon moonshine they sell there inspired this song!
