#platoniculespiritweek - day 7!! this prompt genuinely came at the perfect time with me already talking about my fav albums of last week, so these are three albums of artists I wasn’t previously onto and have been LOVING - Red Star American Flag by Lydacine ( Mid-West emo) - only a short EP but well worth the listen, it does everything great about the genre, it really is an addicting listen, I’ve had it on repeat!! you made me / skin on linen by PISS ( noise rock / post-hardcore ) - one of the best albums this year, such an important listen, I will leave my full thoughts in the comments as I have just wrote about it 1,2,3 by RIP MAGIC ( alternative dance / neo-psychedelia ) - a really fun album, I’ve seen mixed reviews about it but I really enjoy it, has some heavy trip hop vibes to it, reminds me of more a happy Massive Attack aha
