An enjoyable day. Up very early - to avoid the heat and had a little run. Went to a new gym and had a little swim. After that, I had some sushi and sat by the river listening to the most engaging podcast of all time! It was insanely hot though. I’ve haven’t been covered in so much of my own sweat before. Some good and bad in the day ig.
