This song has been stuck in my head for 3 days?! maybe this is my sign to get back in Shawn’s music. dwts premiere tn was so fun and Ezra Frech absolutely slayed!!! I’m gonna be such a nerd when it comes to him but I am LOVING how he talks about his prostheses to raise awareness! Also very curious to see if he does a dance with his walking leg because his has my favorite mechanical knee (3r60 LOLL) but I really hope he goes far!! I also started reading SOTR Friday and I’m already 2/3 done with it which is so good for me bc I’m notoriously known for starting books and then finishing them 3 years later. Today I also hit a 365 day streak in all the LinkedIn games possible so that’s cool! And lastly I now have a 1900 day Bible reading streak so I’m proud of that :) Happy Tuesday everyone <3
So very happy the weekend is finally near! Idk but this week has just felt like forever! Just gotta make it through the work day tomorrow! Took a cast for a transtibial prosthesis and then a couple adjustments so nothing too interesting at work today! Was very hot and humid today but still spent some hours in the sun with Annie who is just the cutest ever!

today was so good! church was great, we had a nice family dinner, I got a new phone, and Y/A night at church was so much fun!! very grateful for how God works :)
Happy Tuesday!! Had another great clinical rotation that entailed seeing many patients in the morning and like none in the afternoon but that’s okay! I got to see a shoulder disarticulation and helped set up the myoelectric prosthesis so that was very cool! Also had some good conversations with the two residents in the afternoon so that was great too!! Honestly I’m sad I won’t be going to this site anymore in the near future but very grateful for the experience! Also need to shoutout how the music they had at the clinic was fabulous so we love jamming throughout the day!! This evening was really chill as I basically did nothing!! I talked to my family for a few minutes and then watched a couple more episodes of the office with Kenz and that’s about it!! I have another long day tomorrow but I’m excited for it!
Happy Friday! Had a research meeting that went pretty well this morning then had a zoom call for class about compression garments and mastectomies! #slay After I took my besties to visit the suite and gave them the tour and met a few of my profs!! Lolla day two was good!! I saw tiny habits and they were so good!! Can’t wait for them to blow up because they deserve it! I met up with my girl Rio and we just sat and chilled for a little talking which was so nice! Laufey with the CSO was absolutely amazing and made Rio a fan so that’s a win! Laufey is just a sweet soul I love her! Rio and I headed over to see SZA to end the night! I don’t think I’ve ever been more surrounded by people but it was still good! Don’t think I’ve could have done it without Rio though! Grateful for her friendship and figuring out how similar we really are! Sky’s mom and sister are now here too so it’s a party! Overall a gorgeous day and very happy to have spent it with friends!!
