I’ve been listening to a lot of Motion City Soundtrack lately, because their new album (and first in ten years) finally came out. I need to give the album more listens, but the song with Patrick Stump is absolutely killer.
I wanted to post a song for #yachtrocksunday but it wouldn’t let me, so it’s a day late.
the AC in my apartment that i JUST moved into is broken and cannot be fixed til at the EARLIEST monday. mind you it is friday and about 95 degrees plus major humidity and i am on the top floor. also my wifi isnt fully working so fuck all of this actually💔
I’m usually of the mind that Hall & Oates is better as a “singles band,” but the one album I love all the way through is their second album, 1973’s Abandoned Luncheonette. They were signed to Atlantic, before they went to RCA, so you can’t get any of the songs from this period on a greatest hits album, at least altogether on streaming, but this has some of my favorite songs from them, including this one.
hey so when’s Lil Nas X gonna release a new album? this EP he dropped last year was full of straight bangers
them having a clean version of this song is so funny to me 😭😭⭐️
