I wanted to post on December 14th, but it’s 23:59 so it’ll be the 15th by the time I’m done writing. Honestly, I would’ve preferred posting this song last week, on the 7th. That day shed a certain light on Majorette. Sometimes I have these luminous moments where something suddenly clicks, and I feel inspired. Then the next moment, it’s gone, and I can’t feel as much as before why exactly a certain thought or insight was so important. Right now I still know that my ‘bright moment’ last week about Majorette had something to do with continuity and spinning pirouettes in ballet class. The continuity was about me having this song on repeat during my entire running workout; and it felt great to land my feet on that key melody that can be heard throughout the whole song. The pirouettes were something I thought of because the word sounds like Majorette; and because pirouettes remind me of trying again. … watch it spin like that watch it spin like that (post #31 out of 102 BH songs)
