TOP 20 GANG - TOP 30 RAP ALBUMS Lil Wayne - Tha Carter III My reasoning: Lil Wayne was the person that made me realize rap music is MORE than just rapping. He made it seem so effortlessly cool and I wish I could describe what the world was like when this album dropped. My middle school was a victim of the culture. No lunchroom table was left unbanged on. No lollipop was left unlicked. No police officer left unobjectified. No middle school dance was left without AT LEAST 3 songs from this album. Tha Carter 3 was the last album that impacted such a large section of my youth since Souljaboy (will explain in the future). A STRONG argument can be made for: Tha Carter II
