literally have tears in my eyes… I just landed in Chicago from California and my little brother (he’s 23 but he will always be little to me) was waiting at my gate when I got off the plane (I HAD NO IDEA). he’s a pilot and randomly has a overnight stay in Chicago tonight and we randomly landed within a few mins of each other. I haven’t seen him in almost two months and was not expecting to see him at all 🥹🥹🥹it was also a massive surprise to my mom who picked us up haha

one of my summer classes in june asked us to fill out this like get to know me sheet and one of the questions was “top three songs on your playlist” and as all of u probably would’ve i took full advantage of this question to hopefully put my professor onto some bangers. considering this was my top 3 in may/beg of june compared to now we’ve seen some changes and new drops. the great divide came out at the perfect time in my life honestly, still can’t get through it without getting emotional lowk (esp dan). to philly is probably like top 3 songs of this whole summer honestly, i got super into this song around may and i still really love the echoey feel the beginning gives u, very sit on the pier and watch the water vibe. oh my god don’t get me started on the stone roses, my ADDICTION started late last year and any time they come on shuffle for me immediately turn that shit up. i wanna be adored is one of the best songs ever created i’ll die on this hill. okay bye for now
