I saw Xiu Xiu before doing an interpretation of David Lynch’s Eraserhead, and it was atmospheric. it’s 100% that music were if anyone listens to will be like wtf are you listening to, but I just enjoy that mystery, that ambience, that drone. you’re sat that thinkin what the fuck is going on, but it’s just so hypnotising. I love music, I love all its forms, how it can speak to so many people. it did lynch so much justice, it encapsulates that horror, the despair, the emptiness of the film so well. I just love everyone
