a friend and i got this metaphor we use a lot whenever life throws random bs at us “the cards we’ve been dealt” but i always try to lighten up the mood by raising a brow and going U THINK I GOT THE ACE? but one time he actually paused and thought abt it before saying “I just know you know how to play” LMAOOOO ok but fr imagine looking down at ur cards and realising ur holding the Jack of Hearts. not exactly a bad card, right?? but not good enough to making u going all in. that’s where I am at rn. ready to bet everything (career, life, all of it etc) but like why am i considering of folding?!!! HELP #midlifecrises
