happy Valentine’s Day lovebirds 💓 unfortunately I spent mine working AND I haven’t seen Lucie in over a week bc we’ve both been sick 🥲 rn she has the flu. I was sick first, we didn’t want to risk getting her roommates sick. sooo yeah I’ve been super bummed all day (thankfully tho it was busy asf so I didn’t get to think too much abt it except when I FaceTimed her on my break). BUT Sheetz was on point w the Valentine’s Day playlist today, it was a mix of love songs but mostly 70s-80s, I was absolutely digging it, including this gem I haven’t heard in ages. wish they’d switch it up more like that.
also I’ve been at the new store for almost two weeks now. it’s def busier, a LOT more to it & way different… but I’ve got the hang of things, I get along w everyone, I can’t complain too much :) I do miss my 438 fam tho a lot.
I’ve been doing this online music course/apprenticeship for the past three days and today is my last day right, and after this I need to go interview to get a job and I’m actually shitting myself. like getting a job would be good n all that right but it don’t mean I’m not terrified.
I went to a cd fair on Friday last week and picked up eight CDs two of which being warrent. I’ve never been a big warrent fan but they are a big part of the glam scene and everyone knows I’m the biggest glam fan ever, so I’ve been really getting into them the past couple days (I <3 jani lane and Jerry Dixon). I also picked up, poison, kiss, dokken, David Bowie and y&t! I spent quite a bit of money but it’s much cheaper buying em from cd fairs than hmv.
