yesterday I had to leave work a few hours early (unfortunately using PTO to cover those but I have plenty to spare) bc I was on the verge of collapse from sleep deprivation, my MOD was kind enough to notice I wasn’t myself & let me go home early bc we had hella ppl on a slower day 🙏🏻 my whole body just doesn’t feel right, but I do feel better than I did yesterday after catching up on sleep.

i read a substack piece the other day talkin about how kissing is a lost form of intimacy in modern day relationships and at first i was like ? but as i kept reading the author actually made good and fair points it was just a perspective i’ve rarely if ever heard but still intriguing to explore
